TERMS OF SERVICE

BY AGREEING TO A COMMISSION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS BELOW AND WILL FOLLOW THE STATED RULES

BASIC TERMS

1.
I reserve the right to turn down any commission (even if it fits within the following guidelines) if I simply do not wish to do it.
-

2.
Once a commission is accepted, there are certain things you must abide by.
These are:
- "Either payment must be 50% Upfront and 50% before the Finished piece, or 100% after reviewing the sketch."
- "You must have or use PayPal. Special exceptions are only made by my request."
- "You must be in possession of an E-mail that I can send the high quality piece to."
- "You must be in possession of the correct amount of money required to pay for the piece before it is started (or have an exact date that won't change for you to receive the correct amount of money required)."
-

3.
Within my site, I have a list of commission types that can be chosen from. When requesting a commission, it must fit into one of those sets. While I'm happy to be lenient, I will not make something completely unrelated to any of them.
-

4.
There are certain things I won't accept a commission of (even if they fit into a 'commission type'). It varies from things outside my skillset to things that are morally wrong (in my eyes). This includes (but it's limited to);
Feral Characters, Horses, Dragons, Promoting/Romanticising Heavy Topics, Pornography/Fetish, (Heavy) Gore, Hate-speech Use/Promotion.
-

5.
Once a commission is underway, refunds are not available. Not only this, but the decided price will not change unless there is an exception that requires it. (e.g. more detail requested, a second character, a background, etc.)
-

6.
Unless the commission is specifically stated to be a quick/rush commission, the deadline for the commission being finished can be anywhere from a week to 3 months depending on complexity. Do not rush me unless we agreed to a specific deadline.
-

RIGHTS TO EACH PIECE

1.
There must ALWAYS be clear credit provided when using my art; whether it is for use commercially or normally. Please do not be vague (e.g. 'credit to the artist') as that doesn't actually give any credit.
Watermarks must not be edited off, and either a link or a mention should be used when showing the art I created in a public space.
-

2.
Only the person who bought the commission has the right to use the piece. Do not take other people commissions and use them for your own characters, profile pictures, banners, placeholder art, etc.
-

3.
If the commission type is something that can't be directly watermarked (e.g: A V-Tuber model), then written or linked credit is required. (read no.1)
